Step 1: Prep

  1. Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cod in the basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until fish flakes easily with a fork.

For extra crispiness: Sprinkle the optional breadcrumb-Parmesan mix on top before cooking.

Step 3: Serve

  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
  • Serve immediately.
