Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 500 g baby potatoes
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & black pepper
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Step by Step
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Pan-sear salmon in olive oil, 3–4 minutes per side.
- Add butter and garlic; spoon over salmon.
- Sauté asparagus with a little oil for 4–5 minutes.
- Serve everything together and garnish with parsley.

- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 2 eggs
- Asparagus (optional)
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
Step by Step
- Season salmon and pan-sear until golden.
- Boil eggs for 6–7 minutes, then peel and cut in half.
- Cook asparagus in a pan for 4 minutes.
- Place rice in a bowl.
- Add salmon, avocado slices, eggs, and asparagus.
- Season lightly and serve warm.
